I was sitting on the loo the other day and suddenly had a bizarre sense of disconnection from myself. Taking a shit, and then suddenly realizing that my conscious self was just chattering away analysing and dissecting the moment and I had another self observing the conversation.

Consciousness is utterly bizarre.

I made this for a short film competition over the weekend. Concept to compression in 48 hours.
Hits you over the head with the sentimental hammer, but the theme for the contest was Happiness after all.



Well, I didn't make it alone obviously, but I did do the direction, camera, lighting and editing.

Aliens?

I recorded this last night in the back garden. What do you think it is? Couldnt see any of it with the naked eye (apart from the stars, and the tree..), only with the infra red night vision. I typed a long description on the youtube page, about why i was firing a laser at them etc Make sure you watch from 2:15 on aswell as seeing the first object..
